Audience profile
A typed declaration of who the report is for and what to include or redact.
The Audience Profile Registry (ADR 0025) controls report scope: an internal-review profile shows hypothesis ledgers and recovery records; a customer-facing profile passes through the declassifier (ADR 0006) to redact internal-only material.
