Setup and validation checklist
  • Verify the support set removes rigid body motion for the active structural dimensionality.
  • Prefer quadratic structural elements for the benchmark family unless the pack explicitly declares otherwise.
  • Confirm every section references a valid material and every output request lands inside the active *STEP.
  • Review .cvg/.sta outputs for convergence evidence before promoting the run to validation.
