Setup and validation checklist
  • Verify the mesh file exists and marker tags match every boundary-condition declaration.
  • Confirm the solver family and turbulence model match the frozen flow regime and fidelity target.
  • Start new cases with conservative CFL and restart only from a mesh-consistent snapshot.
  • Ensure history output captures the force coefficients and convergence channels required by the V&V plan.
