The replay-safe, content-addressed package containing every artifact needed to reproduce a published report.

Definition

ADR 0026 freezes the case artifact bundle pass: replay verification, mesh-attempt retention, and recipient-agnostic packaging. Sharing or exporting a report ships a bundle, not just a PDF.
