Memory record
A durable, classification-aware typed claim with applicability bounds, citations, and validation lineage.
ADR 0028 freezes the memory record contract. Memory records are produced at Step 23 (curation) and participate in cross-case cite-cascade invalidation when their source case is amended or retracted.
