Mesh convergence series

Three monotonically refined meshes with matching QoI definitions used to compute GCI or Richardson extrapolation.

Definition

ADR 0021 enforces a Mesh Convergence Series for any "converged" claim. The platform refuses to publish single-mesh convergence and computes the convergence metric from typed inputs — no hand-curated screenshots.
